I want do M.Tech (ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS) in distance mode or part time in JNTU,perviously i completed B.tech (ECE).is there any problem to do this course with B.Tech(ECE)?

I have a friend who scored 91% in her intermediate exams and is currently waiting for her eamcet results. She belongs to the BC A caste (LAMBADA tribe). They come from a very poor financial background, and i would like to know what would be her chances of getting into engineering education. Also request you to let me understand the fee structure for this case.
