Diploma in Cement Technology, Cement Technology Diploma
Cement is one of the major ingredients of Construction Company. There is no construction job that can be completed without cement. And different composition and make of cement are required for different purposes as different construction requires different level of finish and strength. Hence experts are required who can understand and assist the job of cement production. So the trained experts in cement technology are provided with a diploma degree.
Eligibility
The basic eligibility requirement for the diploma in cement technology is that the candidate must pass class 10 and have a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. A class 12 pass candidate is also eligible to appear for the course as the minimum age requirement is 15 years. An admission in the diploma course in cement technology is purely based on the merit.
Course Outlook
Diploma in cement technology is a 2 year course offered in various polytechnic colleges of India. The syllabus is split into semester held every November/ December and May/ June. In this course duration students are evaluated on the basis of practical examination as well as theoretical examination and marks are given on basis of Continuous Formative Assessment and End Semester Examination. A Diploma holder can further go opt for advanced diploma in the field.
Job prospect
A diploma holder in cement technology is appointed in cement manufacturing plant, Construction Company and reality companies where they are employed for providing assistance to the jobs. The diploma holders are paid according to their skill and experience.
