Accountant, Junior Accountant, Rajasthan Public Service Commission
Rajasthan Public Service Commission was founded under the Government of Rajasthan. The office of the commission is located at Jaipur Road, Ajmer. The commission is responsible for organizing competitive examinations for recruiting employees to various departments of the Government of Rajasthan. The commission actually came into existence in the year 1949. Initially, the commission was started off with one Chairman and two other members. The first Chairman of the commission was the then Cheif Justice of Rajasthan named Sir S. K. Ghosh.
Job Profile:
Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for filling up the following vacant positions of Accountant, Accountant TSP Area, Junior Accountant and Junior Accountant TSP Area in Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Selected candidates will be posted in the ministeries or offices of Government of Rjasthan, Government of India.
1. Recruitment of Accountant:
No. of posts: 395 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in between 21 to 35 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with ‘O’ or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC, are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3600.
2. Recruitment of Accountant TSP Area:
No. of posts: 18 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in between 21 to 35 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with ‘O’ or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC, are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3600.
3. Recruitment of Junior Accountant:
No. of posts: 924 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in between 21 to 35 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with ‘O’ or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC, are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3000.
4. Recruitment of Junior Accountant TSP Area:
No. of posts: 37 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in between 21 to 35 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with ‘O’ or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC, are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3000.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to submit a prescribed amount of application fee in order to apply for any of the above specified positions. Submission of this application fee is must for each and every interested candidates.
Amount of application fee for General Candidates: Rs. 250 only.
Amount of application fee for SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 50 only.
Amount of application fee for OBC Candidates (non creamy layer): Rs. 150 only.
How to apply: Candidates are required to apply online at Rajasthan Public Service Commission’s website. Candidates will be allowed to apply online only on or before 5 October 2011. Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID for applying online at RPSC website.
