Ekta Munch has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens for appointment of candidates to the regular positions on contract basis. Here are the details regarding the notification issued by the Institute in this regard:

Job Description for Accounts Clerk:

Candidates selected for the position of Accounts clerk will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Reconciliation of all collected revenues daily and checking balances against the records of accounting records

Posting accounting data either in the computer or in hand in cash journal on a daily basis

Maintenance of petty cash and trial balance

Preparation of documents pertaining to bank account deposits and confirmation of deposit totals

Maintenance of bank accounts

Taking care of closing process at the end of each month and disbursement of revenues and other funds to appropriate entities

Reconciliation of revenue reports on a monthly basis

Preparation of financial reports like bank account reconciliation forms, trail balance reports, revenue transmittal sheets and revenue summaries.

Salary: Candidates selected for the position of Accounts Clerk will get a pay of Rs.15000 per month.

Eligibility requirements: Candidates must have completed their intermediate in commerce and they must possess at least three years experience. Preference will be given to candidates with basic computer knowledge of Tally and double entry system of accounting.

This will take you to the new user page where you will have to provide all your details and finally click create my account  

Once the account it created, you will get a message showing now your account has been created and check your email to activate the account. A mail having your account details with hr4in.com will be sent to the mail id given by you in the new user page and from that email, you will have to click on the tab called activate your account

Once you have activated your account with hr4in.com, you can apply to the position of Accounts Clerk.
