Airtel placement interview preparation tips

After completing the written test, one has to be very sure about the type of questions that will be asked in the HR Round. Candidates must be well prepared for the type of probable questions that will be asked by the judging panel. Most of the questions will be centered on role models, strengths and weaknesses and personality based questions.

One has to fully evaluate one self as to where the person stands. Also due respect should be given to the judging panel. One should try not to mislead or misinform the panel.

The panel is well informed on most of the issues and hiding or concealing facts will only lead to the disqualification of the potential candidate at any stage of the selection process.
