Al-Momin College of Education was set up in the year 2002 under the Article 29 and the Article 30 of the Constitution of India. The college is located at Gaya in the State of Bihar and it is affiliated to the Magadh University. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

This Muslim Minority Institution works under the control of the Abdul Qawi Educational & Welfare Trust, Gaya.

Courses offered:

The Al-Momin College of Education offers the undergraduate course – B. Ed (Bachelor of Education). The duration of the course is one year.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

Candidates, who have passed graduation in Science or Commerce or Arts stream, are eligible to apply for the B. Ed course in the college. They must get qualified in the B. Ed (Regular) Entrance Test which is conducted by the Magadh University in order to get admission for B. Ed course in the college.

Al-Momin College of Education has state-of-the-art infrastructure with double storey Administrative Block, two separate Academic Blocks, library Block and Seminar Hall. It offers a wide range of modern facilities in order to facilitate for smooth provision of education. The college offers facilities such as library, laboratories, auditorium, computer facility, and canteen and it equips world class educational technology lab, psychology lab and science lab. The college library is equipped with rich collection of books related to education. The library is attached with Reading-room. The college also equips well furnished activities centre and pleasant atmosphere for learning.
