Anna University third Semester IT Papers
Anna University is one of those universities which provide quality education in lots of courses. This university provides Undergraduate as well as postgraduate programs to the aspiring candidates in almost all the courses of all the streams i.e. Science, Arts and Commerce. As far as Bachelors degree in Science is concerned, the institute offers Engineering, Medical and B.Sc courses to the students. For Engineering and Medical Courses students have to appear for an entrance exam. In Engineering Students are offered various streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Civil, and many other streams.
In IT engineering the first two semesters are more or less same with the other streams. From Third semester onwards students are taught core IT subjects. The subjects which are taught in the third semester includes Data Structures, Signals and Systems, Principles of Communication, Object oriented programming, Mathematics and Digital Principles and Systems Design. The papers are of 100 marks and of three hours duration. Practical exams are conducted separately before or after the theory exams.
