National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development was established as an apex development bank in the country under the Government of India. The major objective of the bank is to look out for the planning and operation works in the field of agriculture. The bank was actually established on the recoomendations of Shivaraman Commitee.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Assistant Manager in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be in between 21 to 28 years of age. Relaxation for the reserved category candidates is available.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any subject from any recognized university with atleast 55% marks ina aggregate is required for the post.

No. of posts: Total 170 posts are available for the position of Assistant Manager in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the consolidated salary of Rs. 11250-22500.

Selection Process:

Candidates will have to undergo a written test followed by a personal interview test. The written test will be held on 22 August 2010.

How to apply: Candidates should apply online only at the NABARD website. An application fee of Rs. 350 (Rs. 50 for the reserved category candidates) in the form of a challan is need to be deposited in any branch of SBI.
