Navsari Agricultural University came into existence in the year 1965 in the name of College of Agriculture it was converted into university in the year 2004 on the 1st of May. Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification:

Candidates must be UG degree holders in concerned faculty with second class or its equivalent grade. They must possess good educational record with not less than 55% of marks or equivalent grade at PG level in relevant subject. In addition, they should have cleared NET conducted for Assistant Professor conducted by the ICAR. They should also passed CCC examination of DOEACC or equivalent qualification.
