B.A in Public administration
Public administration is a separate department that comes under the political science section. However there are separate degrees offered in this subject, both of master’s as well as of bachelor’s level. B.A in Public administration is a bachelor level course that includes study of various means and ways of administrating public and mass.
Under this course one is taught about the various ways in which issues can be dealt with public. This course also includes the ways in which the problems can be solved abiding by the laws as well as the democracy of the country. It teaches the way of implementing laws to the mass, but not in a dictatorship way but in a democratic way.
One needs to be at least 10 + 2 passed in order to pursue a course in Public administration. The 10 + 2 passing certificate of the candidates should be of a well recognised educational board of India in order to make them eligible for B.A in Public administration.
Course Outlook:
The course duration of Bachelor of Arts in public administration is generally 3 years. These 3 years are divided in to 3 parts of one year each. After every one year, an examination is held that decides whether the students will be promoted to the next part. The duration of the course does vary depending on the college and universities.
Job Prospects:
Generally there are plenty of places where these degree holders are recruited. There are many government associations and organizations that recruit these degree holders and pay them good to administrate public. These degree holders are also many a times recruited by administrative officers for their assistance.
