Those who have completed Higher Secondary course are eligible to apply for B.A LLB program. The course is offered by various institutions such as Rabindra Shiksha Sammillani Law College, Jodhpur Institute of Law and Mohammad Abdul Bari Institute of Judicial Science. Admission is carried out on the basis of entrance examination such as All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) conducted by the Universities. Course duration is 5 years.
Course Structure of B.A LL B

Candidates who have completed Higher Secondary course in any stream are eligible to B.A LLB course. Duration of the course is five years. It is further divided into ten semesters. Admission Process for B.A LLB Course

Admission to the course carried out on the basis of marks obtained in higher secondary course. Apart from this, candidates are required to clear the entrance examination conducted by the institutes concerned. For instance National Law School and Judicial Academy, Assam conducts its own entrance exam in which questions will be asked from topics such as General Knowledge/Current Affairs, English, Legal Aptitude, Logical and Analytical Reasoning. There will be a maximum of 200 questions, each carrying one mark. Institutes like National Law University, Delhi carry out admission on the basis of All India Law Entrance Test (AILET).
