Job profile: The candidate would be required to manage the development of franchisee branch s/he is stationed. He would also be required to handle queries of customer from the region s/he is stationed. The candidate would also be required to recruit and train the new Marketing Associates for the development of the new franchisee. He would also have to develop methods for increasing customer base through customer relationship management.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream), must be able to do multi tasking, work under stress. The candidate must have good communication skills, strong analytical mind, problem solving attitude and he should be achievement oriented.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years with experience in handling a team of 20 to 25 marketing associates and a customer base of over 2000 customers in financial services or FMGC sector.
