Those applying for Project Fellow profile should have obtained a minimum of 55% marks and should have a valid GATE score (desirable). Pay scale given for this job profile is Rs. 16,000/- per month. A minimum of 60% marks is required for the job position of Junior Research Fellow and such candidates are given with stipend of Rs. 18,000/- per month. Other firms like National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology, NIT’s, etc offer similar job positions.

The profile of Management Trainee is available in firms like Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). B.Tech holders in Ceramic Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks can apply. They can look for the job opening of ‘Assistant Director (Village Industries)’ at Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC). The job positions of Manager and Deputy Manager at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (Vizag Steel) are applicable for these candidates.
