Civil Judge (Junior Division), High Court of Andhra Pradesh
High Court of Andhra Pradesh was estbalihsed in the year 1954 at Hyderabad. The high court is authorized by Andhra State Act 1954, Constitution of India. The court has a sanctioned judge strnegth of 39. The High Court stands on the south bank of the River Musi since its establishment. The decisions are appealed to the Supreme Court of India. The judge can work util the age of 65 years in the High Court. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh actually came into existence as a consequence of States Reorganisation Act.
Job Profile:
Applications are invited for the post of Civil Judges (Junior Division) in High Court of Andhra Pradesh under Andhra Pradesh Judicial Service. Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the post. Candidates must ensure their eligibility in advance for the post before applying for it. Vacancies are to filled purely on direct recruitment basis and under recruitment by transfer.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have age less than the prescribed maximum age limit set for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The maximum age limit set for the post is 35 years as on 1 February 2012. Candiates having age more than 35 years are not eligible to apply for the post untill and unless he/she belongs to the reserved categories. Reserved categories candidates may get relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules of Government of India.
Educational Qualification:
Interested candidates are required to possess the prescribed educational qualification under Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules, 2007.
Direct Recruitment: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institute or university established by Law in India.
Recruitment by Transfer: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university of India established by Law. Some members or approved probationers falling under prescribed categories are eligible to apply for the above specified vacancies.

Direct Recruitment: Only 28 posts are available.
(OC-12, BC (A/B/D/E)-10, SC-4 and ST-2)
Recruitment by Transfer: Only 7 posts are available.
Application Fee:
Amount of application fee for General and OBC candidates: Rs. 300 only.
Amount of application fee for SC/ST candidates: Rs. 100 only.
Candidates are required to submit the application fee of prescribed amount in the form of a demand draft only. The demand draft should be drawn on any Nationalized Bank only. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad.
