Court Manager, Allahabad High Court
Allahabad High Court was originally founded as the High Court of Judicature for the North Western Provinces at Agra. The high court was establihsed by the Indian High COurt Act of 1861. The court is authorized by Constitution of India. The court actually came into existence in the year 1950. Ferdino Inacio Rebello is the Current Justice of the court. The court is famous for being the first high court to be established in India. The name of High Court of Judicature for the North Western Provinces was changed to High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in the year 1919.
Job Profile:
Allahabad High Court is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Court Manager on the establishment of High COurt, Allahabad/Lucknow branch. Candidates are required to ensure their eligibility before applying for the specified post in Allahabad High Court.
Eligibility:
The maximum age limit set for the post of Court Manager in Allahabad High Court is 40 years as on 1 July 2011. All interested candidates should have age less than the prescribed maximum age limit or else his/her application will not be accepted by the court. There may be some relaxation in the maximum age limit set for the reserved categories candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Interested candidates should possess MBA degree from a recognized university with atleast 10 years of experience in the relevant field. This minimum educational qualification must be possessed by the candidates, otherwise their applications will not be considered by the court under any circumstances. Uneligible candidates are advised to not to apply for the specified post in Allahabad High Court.
No. of posts: Total 75 posts are available.
General Category candidates: Only 37 posts are available.
SC Category candidates: Only 16 posts are available.
ST Category candidates: Only 2 posts are available.
OBC Category candidates: Only 20 posts are available.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the consolidated amount of salary i.e. Rs. 50000 per month.
Application Fee:
Rs. 400 is the application fee need to be paid by General Category candidates while Rs. 200 is the amount of application fee that is paid by the SC/ST candidates. The application fee should be submitted in the shape of a Bank Draft or Baker’s cheque issued by Natioanlized Bank payable in favour of Principal Secretary, Justice and Law Advisory, UP Government, Lucknow.
How to apply: Applications alongwith the photocopies of date of birth certificates, educational certificates etc. are need to be submitted by the interesed candidates. All the enclosures kept in the envelope should reach to the following address on or before the last date for the reciept of application.

The post of court manager is just like a LIC agent ,govt. Is pubishing add. In news paper,s again and again but candidates are not willing, only 35 candidates was join out of 72 selection it is better that you do any other work.
No candidate want to join this post therefore govt. Is published add. In news papers again and again.

if you are real MBA than forget this job and make your future in parmanent job court manager experiance is use less in future.
The post of court manager is just like a change agent. The change agent will go, assess and TRY to streamline the process and slack. Once you are done, u got to withdraw.Thus dont have any unrealistic assumptions about the future of this job. The policy of the government is moving from regular jobs (Lots of liabilities) to contractual employment(no liability).
Thus anyone who is well established in her/his career should not get into this uncertain business.

Possibelty is very high that contract will end within one year when new govt. Will form in u.p, and candidate will be posted any backward dist. In u.p after tax income only about rs. 40000/month which is not for good M.B.As.

I have done PGDBM from IIPM in 2009, now i have only 2 years experiance and my salary is rs. 80000/pm ,I am not a candidate of u.p court manager, i think it is 3rd class job only for 3rd class candidates because if you are real MBA/PGDBM and 10 years mangerial experiance your salary must be rs.4, 5 lakhs, unselected candidates are very lucky.
Where selection is only on the basis of interview there is chance of 420 se is very high, selection must be on the basis of written test + interview.
Fools write here that regult has published in Danik jagran but thay don,t know which date, it indicate that selection pross is wrong .
There are 38 General, 18 OBC, 6 Muslim Candidates & 6 SC candidate in whole selection of Court Manager.
