They need good understanding about the products and services offered by the company along with company goals and objectives. They need to identify the need of the customer and act according to their requirements. They need to be skilled in using CRM software. They should identify the right CRM solution for the company. They need to cope up with tough situations and adjust to the organizational work flow and change which maximizes the productivity and profit of the company. A CRM consultant should also possess presentation skills and organizational skills.
