Job profile: The candidate would be required to receive inbound calls from the companies U.K. and U.S. based clients. The person would be required to maintain the customers log files. The candidate would be required to work in 24 / 7 environments.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream). The person is required to have a good knowledge in Operating System. The person should have a good typing speed a minimum of 25 wpm and keyboard skills. The candidates with advanced diploma in Computers would be preferred by the company.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an International call center.
