Job profile: The candidate would be required to take inbound calls, create and maintain customer logs. He would be required to work in team to achieve the set target of the company. He must have good logical and analytical skills and maintain healthy relationships with the clients understand their problem and provide them with best solutions. The candidate would be required to work speedily and with full accuracy he must be ready to work in 24 / 7 environment.

Qualifications: The candidate can be a Graduate in any specific field. He should have a good command over spoken as well as written English. He must be well equipped with working knowledge of computers and internet. He should be a good situation handler.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in the required field.

Pay scale: Rupees 1, 25,000 to 1, 75,000.
