The LL.B is one of the most crucial degrees offered in law countries run by the democracy. LL.B is the term for a Bachelor who has expertise his studies in law and its basics. The study of Law is studied thoroughly in three years and requires lots of hard work and dedication. The Bachelor’s degree is conferred upon a candidate only after he has successfully completed all his or her courses in the law school. Paper Pattern

The Question paper of Delhi University, PG, LL.B, 1st Term Papers is a challenging one that deals with the situations observed in various trials and proceedings of a common law court. The Question paper is divided into two parts. The part 1 has the first question compulsorily to be answered by the candidates. In all there are five questions carrying equal marks. One question from part 2 is also to be compulsory answered.

Question paper is divided into two languages namely Hindi and English. There are a total of five subjects in the 1st term of the LLB post graduate course. They are:-

1.    Criminal Law.
2.    Family Law.
3.    Law of Torts.
4.    Principles of Contract.
5.    Criminal Law.

Lots of the questions asked is extracted from the year wise question paper along with the practical approach in the hearings and proceedings which are generally seen in a Court. These questions are not fixed and frequently asked in the same manner. But a lot of variation in the same approach is adopted.

Time Allotment to complete the paper

The total time allotted for completion of the paper is three hours.
