ICICI Bank PO Recruitment is conducted for selecting deserving candidates to the post of Probationary Officer. Graduates in any discipline can take part in this recruitment process. Four stages are there in the recruitment process like Aptitude Test, Case Discussion, Psychometric Profiling and Personal Interview. Those who get qualified in all these stages can undertake Probationary Officer training and get into the post of even Assistant Manager.

Eligibility Requirements

Aspirant having an undergraduate degree in any discipline with minimum of 55% aggregate can appear for the Probationary Officer recruitment of ICICI Bank. But their age should not be more than 25 years while forwarding their application to take part in the recruitment process.

Relatives of ICICI Bank employees are exempted from this recruitment process. But if the candidate is a relative of employee in ICICI Group Companies, then they have to appear for the recruitment.

Recruitment Process

Only those who are short listed from the submitted applications can appear for the recruitment procedure. This process for selecting Probationary Officer comprise of four stages which are

Aptitude Test

It is the primary stage of recruitment process which tests the basic aptitude knowledge of the selected applicants. This is an online test which covers the areas of numerical ability, verbal comprehension and logical reasoning.

Case Discussion

In this stage, group discussion will be conducted on the basis of case studies. Main objective of this stage is to test the analytical thinking and problem solving ability of the candidates. It also determines the attitude of candidates towards hypothetical business situations.

Psychometric Profiling

A questionnaire has to be filled by the candidate. By this psychometric tool, experts can predict the behavior of candidates in different work situations.

Personal Interview

It is the final stage of recruitment process in which the overall attitude and personality of candidates is evaluated. Once the candidates get qualified in this stage, it is possible to join ICICI Bank as Probationary Officer.

After qualifying all the four stages in recruitment process, candidates should undergo 12 to 14 months of Probationary Officer training.
