Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria specified to opt for both MBA/PGDM courses in AIMS are same. Only graduates become eligible to apply for MBA/PGDM courses. It is necessary to pass graduation with 50% marks in any specific subjects. Along with this, it is compulsory to have either CAT or MAT score card. Candidates who are doing final year graduate course can also apply for management course in this institute. Higher preference will be given for aspirants who have at least 1 year of work experience.

In order to participate in the selection procedure for MBA/PGDM courses in AIMS, candidates must have a good score in any of the following common management entrance exams –

  • CAT (conducted by IIMs) – 50% and above
  • MAT (conducted by AIMA) – 500 and above

Candidates must prepare for subjects like Logical reasoning, GK, Quantitative ability, Language and Comprehension etc in order to qualify either CAT/MAT.
