Job profile: The candidate would be required to manage the distribution for the GSM, handle a team for distribution and increase sales in his designated region. The candidate would also be required to motivate the sale agents through proper training and provide adequate incentives so that sales for the same can increase.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with a MBA in Marketing and Distribution. The candidate must have a strong analytical mind as well as a creative tint so that he leads the company sales and services among various competitors.

Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in distributor appointment & distribution management. The company is looking for candidates from Telecom / FMCG background only.
