M.P. Power Transmission Company Limited was founded as a company which mainly deals in the generation of electricity in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The company was established under the control of Government of Madhya Pradesh, Government of India. The company actually performs all its functions under the administrative control of Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board. The company is responsible for the generation, production or maintenance of the electricity in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The company also aims to construct new poer plants as well in the state.

Job Profile:

M.P. Power Transmission Company Limited is inviting applications from experienced professionals for filling up the vacant positions of Dy. Director (Finance & Accounts) and Executive Trainee (Accounts) under Class-I and Clas-II respectively. The total number of vacancies available are subject to change as per the requirement of the company. The company also reserves the right to cancel application of any candidate without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Eligibility:

For the post of Dy. Director (Finance & Accounts): Candidates should have age less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 45 years as on 22 Decmeber 2011.

For the post of Executive Trainee (Accounts): Candidates are required to possess age less than 35 years as on 22 December 2011.

5 years relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/ Ex-Serviceman/ Widow/ Divorcee Woman/ categories. Candidates holding Green Cards will get relaxation of 2 years in the maximum age limit. Handicapped candiates will also get relaxation of of minimum 5 years in the upper age limit.

Educational Qualification:

Dy. Director (Finance & Accounts): Candidates must have done Chartered Accountancy from a recognized institute. Interested candidates should also possess minimum 3 years post qualification experience in any reputed organization or firm.

Executive Trainee (Accounts): The minimum educational qualification required for the post of Executive Trainee is CA or ICWA from a recognized institute.

No. of posts: Total 39 posts are available.

Dy. Director (Finance & Accounts): Only 11 posts are available.
(General-6, Sc-2, ST-2 and OBC-1)

Executive Trainee (Accounts): Only 28 posts are available.
(General-14, Sc-4, ST-6 and OBC-4)

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the consolidated salary of Rs. 15600 per month after successful completion of their training period.

Application Fee:

A non refundable examination fee of Rs. 1000 is need to be submitted through the means of demand draft only. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Regional Accounts Officer, MP Power Transmission Co. Ltd., Jabalpur. The application fee must be submitted by General and OBC candidates only and no fee is to be paid by SC/ST candidates.
