Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd has invited application for the post of Executive Trainee in various departments. Graduation/ Post graduation in respective subjects with 65% marks is the minimum educational qualification. Those who fall in the age group of 22-30 years are eligible to apply. Final selection is based on the scores obtained in written exam and personal interview conducted by the organization.
Eligibility Criterion

Candidates having following educational qualifications are eligible to apply for the post of Executive Trainee in below mentioned discipline.
Mechanical: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Electrical: Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering in Electrical
Instrumentation/ Electronics: Graduation in Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering
Chemical/ Pulp & Paper Technology: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering or in Pulp and paper Technology
Civil: Graduation in Civil Engineering
Information Technology: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Environment: Post Graduate Degree of Diploma in Environmental Engineering
Human Resources: Graduation in any discipline and Post graduation degree or diploma in any of the subjects such as Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Social Work. Apart from this those who have completed Master of Business Administration/ Management with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management or Industrial Relations, Material Management are also eligible. Candidates who have completed Post Graduation course in 2 years regular mode of education are only eligible to apply.
Marketing: Graduation in any discipline and Post Graduation degree or diploma with specialization in Marketing Management
Commercial/ Purchase/ Finance: Graduation in any discipline and pass in ACA/AICWA exams with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Apart from this, candidates who have completed 2 years MBA specializing in Finance can also apply.
Forestry: Candidates who have completed graduation in Science subjects and Post Graduation degree or diploma in Forestry Management or 2 years full time Master of Business Administration with specialization in Forestry Management are eligible to apply.

Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination so as to be eligible. Those who are belonging to reserved categories can seek relaxation up to 5% marks in qualifying examination. Candidates who have completed the courses from recognized university approved by AICTE can only apply. Candidates should have completed a minimum of 22 years of age at the time of application. Upper age limit for eligibility is 30 years. Physically challenged candidates and those who belonging to Other Backward Class, SC/ ST can claim relaxation in upper age limit as per the norms issued by Government of India.

Selection Procedure

Recruitment to the post is carried out on the basis of written test and personal interview conducted by the organization. Medium of instruction in written test will be in English language. On selection they will be sent for one year on job training to any of the mills or subsidiaries of the corporation. Candidates who are successfully completing the training process will be absorbed in E-1 grade. Selected candidates are required to sign 3 years bond with the corporation.
