Job profile: The candidate would be required to process the financial service transaction upon the Customers request, update clients on their positions and interact with clients on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. He would also be required to generate and maintain logs, suggest improvements / BPI’s for the sub-process or for the entire process. The candidate would be required to work in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications: The person should be holding a Bachelors Degree with some basic knowledge of computer (MS Office is a must) and knowledge in Finance (Derivatives). He should be flexible enough to work in a 24 hour environment. Fluency in spoken English Language is a must.

Shift Timings: Morning (6am to 2pm), Evening (2pm to 11pm)
