Yes, OC students can also get scholarship for pursuing higher studies. To get scholarship for pursuing higher studies, you must have to satisfy the below mentioned eligibility conditions :-

1. Your family annual income should be less than one lakh rupees. In case of SC/ST candidates, the family annual income should be less than two lakh rupees.

2. You must not be the child of any government employee.

3. You must get admission for pursuing your higher studies through entrance examination counselling process.

If you can satisfy the above mentioned eligibility conditions then, you can apply for scholarship by visiting your respective state epass official website http://epass.cgg.gov.in/. If all the details submitted by you are verified and found correct by District Officer, you will be granted scholarship for pursuing your higher studies.

How much amount does oc candidate get for abroad studies for mbbs

Necessary Requirements:

The candidate should have a valid TOEFL/IELTS & GRE/GMAT.

Applicant must have obtained admission in an accredited Foreign University.

The student must hold a valid Passport.

The Candidates are required to make their own efforts in seeking admission in accredited University/Institution abroad.

The selected candidate has to join the concerned university within one year of communication of selection. Once the specified period of time out, the award will be automatically cancelled and come to an end.
