You should go for fashion designing mass and media communication for higher posts in job.

its good that u r not goin in bhedchal.
bsc too has good scope, as u r interestd in doin Bsc from c.s. u have an option to work in IT companies after that.
n during ur Bsc u can prepare well for other competetive exams like CAT, IAS SSC,CDS,and other UPSCs
but if u do B.tech u will have more options..................u can take mechanical or civil branch in b.tech and than prepare for PSUs like NTPC,BHEL,DRDO,JTO etc.as these govt companies takes only enng. and at very good starting salary around 6-8 lakhs p.a. and once u crack these and then also u feel unsatisfied u can prepare very easily for other good competition like ias or cat or GATE or GRE based on ur interest in engg.

There are numerous options for you after doing 12th. Some of them are-

If you are interested in accounting stuff, you can appear for CA, the best carer profile for any accounting professional students.
However, CA is very tough. Choose it if you are confident and good in accounting subjects.
Alternatively, in accounting you can further do Cost Accounting degree (ICWAI) / CFA / MBA in Finance......all good career prospects.
Other than commerce, you can try B.A. and then LLB......Industrial Law

As you haven't told that what is your strong point or what is your weak point, but for your sake i will told you what you can opt after 10th standard.
as a student of medical field i will highly recommend you to take biology as a subject in 11th standard as it have lot of scope in the future , but if you don;t like to read biology then you have other chices such as mathematics and commerce
as both of have high degree of job opportunities.

Yes, it is very much possible to apply BCA course after completing 12th in computers.

It is undergraduate computer course of 3 years. For BCA course you have to complete 12th class with math subject. Because math is essential for computer related course. But some college need not want the math course.

After completing BCA, you will be a graduate and can apply for the civil service examination and other NDA and company jobs.

you can do bca,if you are having maths as your subject in 12th,and then you can do mca.
you can also go for bba and further do mba.

The minimum eligibility criteria for it is you must have passed your graduation with atleast 60 % aggregate.However,the candidates who have appeared for last year of there graduation are also eigible for it.

CDS held twice every year,notification for it is announced in employment news.

Since,you are in 2nd year of your B.com course you are not eligible for CDS-2010,you can appear for it next year.
