There are so many career options for you like chartered accountant,B.com,MBA,B-tech also..I guess CA is a better option for you..
But if you are interested in the hotel management then there are some good colleges which offers hotel management...

most likeable course for students after persuing the 12 is CA or CPT

HOWEVER, you can surely go for....BBA,BMS,BCA,BBI,HM,media and mass communication,B.com,BHM.......all these courses have lots of scope and many good institutes provide these courses.......

your question is not much clear that you are talkn about after graduation of b.com or after 12th with commerce but if you are a b.com graduate your options after b.com are :
MBA, CA, M.COM, ECONOMICS, BUT AMONG these options better is you can opt for mba, coz every subject in mba is same as b.com.

your choice for hotel management is also one of the challenging and glamourous field and you can build your career in this fiied. the hotel manangement institutes conducts their own entrance examination every year. so you have to check it out in evry tpo institutes

Dear there are lot of options open for you just you have to choose rite option.
You can do B.Sc,B.com,B.BA etc.
Hotel management is also one of the good choice because we have seen that the demands of hotel management students is increasing a lot.

After 12th you have many options for your career. As you say that you are interested in hotel management, then i dont think i need to give you much information as many people have already supplied you with the same.
However, regarding what other courses you can go for is depends on your marks and combination of subjects.

1.The most common choice for students with commerce is B.Com and some opt for C.A. side by side.
2.Others might consider CFA alonwith B.Com.
3.If you have economics as one of your subjects, then you can go for eco honours.
4.You can also go for BBA.
5.One option available is Fashion Designing.
6.Then you have Mass communication.
7.If you are interested in computers you can go for BCA.

But whatever you choose, be sensible in your approach. Select what you can handle, dont make any mistakes as it is related to your career.

There is nothing extraordinary thing in MATHEMATICS for stop thinking that you are not good at mathematics. If you want to be go in Indain Statistial institute or you are studying astrophysics or going for other mathematics then you should be a good mathematician.
Otherwise you can other courses without any hesitation. There is no alternate for labor and hard work. So practice the mathematics in your syllabus and that would be sufficient to make it done.
