According to guiness book of world record MBBS is the toughest course. Do not believe in these non researched answer. Search yourself and see the truth. IAS isno where a tough exam. IAS and CAT are most corrupted exam, You all know that but till asking? this is india. People does not know who are real and who are not.

There are various exams conducted every year. We can not say any exam tough. it should be divided into categories.
because the IIT JEE exam will be tough for the biology student. But as the we can talk some exams which are considered tough as follows:
In Science stream- AIIMS & IIT JEE (For Admission into medical and engineering courses)
In Government exam category- IAS (For Civil services posts)
In Management and post graduation- CAT (For admission into IIMs for management courses)
