IIT-M,IIT-K,IIT-D,IIT-R : admission is through IIT-JAM,conducted by IIT's itself for every year.
Eligibility: candidate must have scored atleast 60% agggregate in B.sc,B.tech and a valid IIT-JAM score.for more details you can visit the official website of any of the IIT's.

IISC,Banglore: admission is through GATE.
Eligibility: same as above.

University of pune: admission is through entrance conducted by university itself.
Eligibility: candidate must have scored atleast 55% agggregate in B.sc,B.tech and a valid score in entrance exam.For more details official website- http://www.unipune.ac.in

Osmania university: admission is through entrance conducted by university itself.

B.Sc. (PCB) or equivalent with Biology as the main subject from a recognised university.
