I need to scholarship To my higher Studies.I need Help

hi...I am a EEE 2013 BTech graduate. I have percentage of 80. Till now, I haven't got any job and i haven't done any course. Not writing GATE was my own mistake.Now i want to go for MBA as i don't want to waste time. I was not able grab opportunities in my core field as male candidates are preferred more than female. Also I am not able to understand how to go for core field, how to get opportunities in my core field. please give me any suggestion...is my decision to go for MBA right? according to you, what should i do? I also request you to please give me advice about the branches that female candidates can work in EEE field. please reply as soon as possible...
