I have done bca with 84% and i got selected in campus interview from dell company.job name is financial executive transaction.in 10th i have 84% and in 12th i have 87%.what should i do further mca or dell company job.

u can do a job.so u can earn money.but its not sufficient and u dont satisfy by your package.after bca u didnt get desirable money.
so u should do mca and learn about programming.do programmnig regularly which gives you more confidense.

can some one tell me what is the work of mca graduates after they join job ? is it fine doing mba after bca bcoz i'm not interested in mca i've done my bca

After BCA you should do any of the master degree to secure your job, you better do MBA as you belong to that group.

you have all the choices that you can do, because computer field provide many option for the students.

you can do job after the BCA, but your package will be low, so you can move to the MCA or the b.tech.

these two field are very good, and after dong these course you will be get a good job and package.

can I do I.A.S, I.P.S. ,C.D.S.,I.F.S after bca

Yes. You can become IAS or IPS officer after BCA. The requirement for UPSC exam is 'any graduate'.
However,it might be a little difficult as the subjects will be different. Same for any other exam like CDS or any exam conducted by UPSC.
