Dear Sir, for a Gazetted Officer are there any guidelines from the Union / State Govt. or any prescribed format for preparing a Rubber Stamp / Seal of his / her name, with respect to the following points:
whether his / her Full name or initials, typed in which font, CAPITAL or small,
his / her Designation typed in which font, CAPITAL or small,
stamp ink to be used of which color,
which colored ink to be used for signing etc?
