I am studing final b.tech{ece} now......within a month my b.tech is going 2 complete.. at present I have 10 backlogs unfortunately ..this is the last chance 4 me 2 complete.. if I complete my B.tech, my aggregate will be in between 56% to 60%... ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME CAN I GET SOFTWARE JOB WITH THAT PERCENTAGE& BACKLOGS

No, You are Not eligible to get a good jobs because you have got 10 backlogs in your course, And if you apply for Jobs then it will create a Bad Impression on the Company.

In These Days Company will not recruits the Backlogs Candidates.

So, Its Better, If you can clear your all backlogs first and then apply for Job. But Seriously, Its very difficult for you to get a good jobs. Because you have get so many backlogs in your course and it will definitely create a bad impression on the company.

You are also not eligible to apply for Campus Recruitment, You very well know that the Backlogs candidates are not eligible to sit in Campus recruitment, You have also scored less than 60% aggregate Marks in your B.tech course, So please try to mentain 60% Marks in your complete B.tech degree, Only then you will be able to find good jobs.

But Many Top Companies will not recruits the Backlogs Candidates, So You have to Work Hard and face lots of difficulties, while you are search or apply for Jobs in any company.

But please dont worry, Just concentrate in your study and try to clear your all these backlogs first, then may be you will get good jobs in future.

Sorry, you can't get jobs at this stage. At first you have to clear all your backlogs. After that you can apply for job.

sorry to say dear maximum software company want 60% in through out but you have not above 60% this your first problem.

wipro and some .NET and PHP company allowed below 60% but you have 10 backlog.

they want graduation degree but you have not completed you graduation.

after completion of your graduation degree you have chance for software company.

dont worry dear.

No you are not eligible for palcements.After complting of your backlocks you will be eligible for place ments.

These can be varid from company to company and University to university.

Some companies are are allowed.

If you have 1 or 2 backlogs you will be eligible for pacements.

Otherwise first completed your backlogs and then go to placements.

But you have 10 backlogs,and last chance for u.So you will not eligible for exams.

Eligibility criteria for any company is:

You must have 60% in your 10th,12th and B tech.

Don't worry first you will complete your backlogs and then try for jobs.

Based on your B tech degree several no.of jobs will be come.

Firstly backlogs create the nuisance in our future job or business.

If you complete your btech with 60% and without backs then you should be eligible for the software job no matter there is a back or not.

But you have to clear all kind of exams and all interviews for the software jobs.

There are three way to come into a software company,
1. On campus
2.Off campus and
3. Buddy System.
In our organisation there is policy to refer oue friend for this company then the project manager will see his/her resume if they are most fitted to teir running project then a interview held and they enter.
Another way to aaply for intership and training and make your value to organisation sothat your PM(project manager) will seem to be haapy to make you the part of his team.

No, you cannot get software job for your marks. Because all the software companies selected the candidates having above 75% without blogspot.
so, you study further p.G degree or you should try other jobs.

As u hav 10 backlogs til ur third year it is difficult to get a job in a very decent company with a good payscale.

as i said it is diificult not impossile to get a job.

to get a job, u must:

1. clear all ur backlogs in this semester

2.try clearing them with good marks, so that u can score ur aggreaget above 60%

3. if ur keen on getting a job for ur course only, then,

a. attend all off campus placements. as u are ECE, u can get some or other software company.

b. read employment news and classifields and try going for walk in interviews.

with 10 backlogs no company can allow job as software engineer.But minimum pass mark you can clear all back logs. minimum All clear or atleast 2 backlogs after u had left campus after 4 years or with in the grace period of the university that the university had given time to complete backlogs.with minimum knowledge in aptitude and reasoning and english u can get any oppurtunity as soft ware engineer. with minimum knowledge of subjects above i mentioned you can survive any where with minimum guarantee job.
FINALLY I CONCLUDE THAT TO CLEAR ALL THE SUBJECTS WITH MINIMUM AGGREGATE U CAN GET JOB WITH SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE IN ENGLISH,REASONING AND MINIMUM BASICS OF TENTH CLASS MATHS...

but got very less aggregate i.e., 55.08%

WHEN I WAS DOING MAH MBA, ONE OF MY SENIOR HAD 7 BACKLOGS AND HE SAT IN AN INTERVIEW AND GOT SELECTED WITH THE PACKAGE OF 8 LACS. SO , DO YOUR BEST...!!!

No, my friend it is not possible for you to appear in campus drive of any IT company...
As you have secured less than 60% marks in aggregate through out the career..
Also, you have 10 backlogs...

Having pending backlogs , you will not be able to apply for any higher studies or any jobs..
First of all you have to clear all your backlogs.. After that you can go for a job..

So, work hard, try to clear your backlogs as quick as possible..

hii friend......here i can help you...

iam sorry to say you that most of the software companies will keep a minimum cut off of 60%.......dont worry there are few companies which will keep 55%........so try in that companies......have a good knowledge in c,c++.java.........then you can be placed into some company.........

Sorry,you cant appear in software job.As,you have below 60% marks with 10 backlogs so,its really difficult for software job.
You should clear your backlogs at first.
As software companies are required no backlogs in any sem,so you should clear your backlogs carefully...
