HP is one of the leading IT company in India as well as all over the world .Every year HP recruit huge number of candidates through on-campus and off-campus.

No , You are not applicable for HP because you have a pending backlog .Those candidate have completed B-TECH ,M-TECH ,MCA are applicable for HP recruitment process.This company conduct On-campus and off campus both .Selection process for HP - Written test , Technical Test and Personal Interview . So it will better for you try for others jobs or do some training like C , JAVA , .NET , Iphone Apps etc then you will get some jobs.

You can also try for higher study like - JRF ,SRF , MS , PHD , MBA .You are applicable for govt jobs like - Bank Exams , UPSC exams , SSC Exams etc .

Recruitment in HP for Software Engineers for various positions are done in five stages and these are :

1. Written test which will be of 2 hours and include 70 questions of objective type.
2. Technical test which include coding on the given problem.
3. Group Discussion.
4. HR Round.
5. Personal Interview.

For sitting in campus placement or in off campus candidates should have following marks in their respective classes :-

~In Class 10th - 65%.
~In Class 12th - 65%.
~In Graduation(for P.G Candidates) - 60%.

There will be a marks relaxations of 5% in case falling to meet eligibility conditions because of aggregate marks.Number of Current back paper allowed is 2 in current year.

Under written examination questions will be from three sections and these will be :

-->>Intelligence and Reasoning - 25 Questions.
-->>Numerical Aptitude - 25 Questions.
-->>English Comprehension - 20 Questions.
