Can a candidates with Knock knee are considered eligible for PWD/PH reservation?
Additionally, a girl being a carrier of muscular dystrophy gene can apply for PWD/PH reservation??

The reservation for PWD is on horizontal basis.
So physically handicapped comes under reservation category , if you have major problem in your body eg any body part is missing, this comes under major cateogary.
And if there are problems like half blind, half leg working, then its considered as minor problem and comes under minor category.
For minor disability you get reservation seats for govt jobs.
And a disabled person always get preference over others .
They also get the benefit of age relaxation in any application /admission/jobs process.

For being eligible for disability certificate
Must have 35% mental handicap or disability .
He must have an orthopedic disability of minimum 40% .
If above is the case they get disability certificate which helps them in getting preference in every field.

The answer to your first question is no. As knock knees is not a disability, they can be fixed by simple exercises so it does not come under PWD/PH reservation category.

The only thing which is required to get a reservation for disabled candidates is having a disability certificate which indicates your inability. Also, it should be in proper format and certified by authentic personnel.
