Respected Sir/Madam, I have done BEd course with Physical Education and Punjabi. I want to apply for PTET. So, I would like to know about my eligibility to apply for PTET. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria?

Eligibility

Must be an Indian citizen

For admission in the 2nd year B.Ed course through PTET exam , the aspirant must possess bachelor's degree or masters degree with atleast 50% and above marks from a recognised university.

Those who are in their final year of graduation area lao eligible to apply.

For admission in the 4 year Integrated BA+B.Ed or BSc +B.ED courses , the PTET exam aspirant must possess a certificate with minimum score of 50% from a recognised board.

There will be a score relaxation of 45% in bachelor's degree or masters degree for reserved category candidates.

The aspirants must possess all relevant documents as mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

The exam is held on yearly basis to select candidates to be admitted to several teacher training institution .
