There is no upper age limit for senior secondary board examination. You can register for 12th board exam from any recognized board of India as a private or regular candidate. National Institute of Open Schooling would be the best option for pursuing 11th and 12th.

NIOS is central government recognized board for secondary and senior secondary. You can visit any nearest regional center of NIOS and register for 12th board exam with help of 10th academic certificates, IDs, photograph and examination fee.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
