Should I do B.Ed in Chemistry to teach in High Schools?

Sir, I have completed B.Sc in Chemistry honors. I want to teach Chemistry subject to Higher Secondary candidates. So, what should I now? Should I do B.Ed with Chemistry? Is B.Ed enough to become Chemistry Teacher in High Schools?

As per the norms of NCTE , candidates must have completed a B.ed course to join the post of PGT and TGT. As higher secondary comes under PGT( post graduate teacher) M.sc and B.ed both are must . So you have to do an M.sc programme and a B.ed course to teach higher secondary students in high school.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
