What is the CTET cut-off for being eligible for KVS?


I am from Haryana and I have qualified the CTET examination as well with 89 marks in OBC category. Am I eligible to apply for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)? If yes, then how can I apply for it?
