Who conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination?

I have got 48.5% overall mark in my final year of graduation. So, am I eligible to apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)? If not, then what should I do to become eligible? And, which body conducts this exam?

Default Re: Who conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination?

Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The basic requirement is to have an aggregate of 50% marks in Graduation and a relevent teacher training program.

With only Graduation you are not eligible for CTET.

Apart graduation,
Either B.Ed or Diploma in Education or Diploma in Elementary Education is required.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
