Which college is best to get practical knowledge?


I am doing BSc (1year) in microbiology, but I am getting bored because of so much theory & I have completed 12th in fisheries ( PCB group), but I am interested in practical, math & not in theories . So, please tell me which field I choose now.

If you were interested in practicals, then you should have gone for a professional course. B.Sc degree is a normal graduation, with more emphasis on theory, but still practicals will be there.

There are some reputed universities and institutes, which are best for getting practical experience, but getting admission is not easy. You need to crack entrance exam for admission.

Since you are pursuing B.Sc in Microbiology, you will have theory part more rather than practicals in the above mentioned field. Since you are in the first year, you will have theory right now as from second year onward, you will get practicals added in your syllabus.
To get more practicals in your course, you should have opted Engineering after class 12th examination. So, if you have studies mathematics in class 12th as a subject, then you can try for Engineering courses. Otherwise you have to complete your B.Sc course as it is.
