We saw that you had just too many consolation prizes added up. Before payment, we like to check whether there was any wrongdoing or abuse on the member's part. On investigating your case, we found that you had been posting 1-2 answers every session for a long time (regularly since September 2020). Consolation doesn't mean "Take Rs.200 from us each month for posting 1 answer every session or for posting 2 answers every month". Consolation is meant for motivating those who are not able to come up in top 20 even after putting time and effort. Hence, this act of yours clearly looks like a clear case of abuse of our consolation prize system. This is the reason we have decided to penalize you and make payments only for 1 consolation. We request you to avoid this practice in the future.

Your all above mentioned consolations have been cancelled and payment of Rs.400/- for the 17th rank in January 2nd session 2021 and 1 valid consolation of December 2019 has been done.*

We are in dilemma that what sort of increment can we award you for your half line dates and number of posts available type ofanswers. Where does your more than 50% such answers stand in the light of Guideline No.1 - ealp.com/guidelines?

1) Your answers should be as per EALP guidelines - ealp.com/guidelines + You have to be an active participant throughout the session for as many days as possible (just by being active for 2-3 days in a 15 days session you can't expect some increment).

2) July 1st session payment is expected to be made by 31st July. Your consolation amount shall get added to your ranking amount at the time of payment (Rank amount+consolations).

3) For being among the top 3, you will need a combination of Quality + Quantity + High points per answer. Posting quality content will increase your points per answer with time, you will have to post a good number of answers(without effecting the quality of your answers), and high points per answer is not achieved in just a few days, it takes months of good performance along with patience.
