Tamil Nadu Board Higher Secondary History Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers

History paper provides a maximum of two hundred marks and the time duration is restricted to three hours as per the Tamil Nadu state board. There are four sections. Section A consist of forty five short answer questions like multiple choice questions, fill in the blanks, match the column, choosing the correct options etc, with one marks assigned to each question. Section B contains twenty questions out of which any fifteen questions of three marks each are required to be answered. Section C requires ten questions to be answered out of eleven where each question carries six marks each followed by the last section where out of seven any five are to be attempted and all the questions in the last two sections have two divisions thereby giving the candidates a choice to select any one in each of the question to be attempted. However the paper is set in a manner such that the entire portion of the syllabus is covered. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers for your reference.
