PSU means public sector unit where you get govt job in govt companies and semi govt companies.

IES is the indian engineering serivce entrnce exam from where you get selected in govt sector jobs.

there are also so many exams like ips,ifs,ias also..to get inti psu companys.

some semi govt company also there like ntpc,bhel,ongc comes in psu companys......you get selected there by giving your interview...when vacancies come ins in these companys.
