Fees varies from institute to institute. You need to inquire at the particular institute in where you're interested to do the course.

its really excitng to hear that you are a multimedia student and your world is big and open to grow and achieve success is much like a bird in the sky..

the fee structure for the same is cinematography-Rs.33,000/-
and for editing too it cost sameRs 33,000/- but may increase according to colleges but as per general view its 33,000/-
