To get jobs in bank through exam is considered valuable and person gets the atleast average position. After probation period the job becomes permanent.
Guidelines to prepare for bank exams:
1. first of all try to get up early in the morning so that you can study with fresh mind and it doubles your concentration power as compared to stduying at night ro in day time .
2.try to solve the sample papers of previous year because practise always makes you experienced
3. if not getting certain things then join some coaching but remeber it is only for your guidance and the one who has to perform is you, so don't depend totally on coaching.
All the best

Re: Guidelines to prepare for Bank Exams?

For Preparing Bank Exam you have to clear the entrance exam and then face the interview.

In the selection procedure main task is to clear the entrance exam with good marks.

How to clear exam?
- No of questions are more than the no of minutes provided for he exam, so prepare
how to manage the time during exam .

- Aptitude , Reasoning , English ,General awareness and Computer Knowledge. This is
the pattern of Bank Exam . You have to only clear English exam no need of good
marks only passing marks are enough but for all other exam merit marks are required.

Re: Guidelines to prepare for Bank Exams?

Bank jobs are in good demand these days. The competition for these bank exams is going on increasing.

The selection procedure for bank PO and clerical jobs will be by
-Written test
-Interview

Written test consists of questions from the following categories
-Reasoning
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General Awareness
-General English
and in addition there is a descriptive test.

The candidate have to secure a minimum of 40% of marks in each of the sections to get through the writtene exam.

There will be negative marking for the wrong answers and it is 1/4th in most cases.

As there is high competition for these bank jobs,I suggest to join in a good coaching institute and be strong enough in short cuts and tricks to solve vareity of problems.

Practice as many number of model papers as possible and try to see that you can solve all the questions within the given time in the bank exam.

Prepare a plan to complete the syllabus in time and try to finish it.
