Yes Off course your eligible for IFS Entrance Examination After Completing your B.Tech in Biotech course ..

IFS Stands for Indian Forest Service and this Examination is Conducted Union Public Service Commission .

Eligibility Criteria for IFS Examination :-


Educational Qualification :- The Applicant Complete Bacheolor degree Course from recognized University . The Applicant should having any one of the like, ( Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science /Botany /Chemistry /Geology /Mathematics /Physics /Statistics /Zoology Etc.. ) in Bachelor degree Course.

Age Criteria :- The Applicant age must be attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years .

The Applicant should be Physically as well as Medically Fit .

Note :- This IFS Examination is also having Negative Marking System .

The Notification for this Examination May Published in Employment New paper and Official website of UPSC .

candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely

* Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
* Botany
* Chemistry
* Geology
* Mathematics
* Physics
* Statistics
* Zoology

Also knowledge of SPSS and SAS has added advantage. These are the statistical softwares.

Eligibility For IFS


The IFS (Indian Forest Service) exam is conducted by the UPSC every year..

For appearing in this exam..you need to fulfill the following criterion :-

1) You need to be a graduate or a final year graduation student in any stream from an AICTE or UGC recognized University..

2) You should be in the age limit of 21-30 years for general category,21-33 years for OBC and 21-35 years for SC/ST

The maximum number of attempts allowed for the general category is 4,for OBC it is 7 and for SC/ST there is no limit..


Since the seats are very less and the candidates applying are very hence..you need to put in a lot of hard work to succeed..

Civil Services Examination is the most prestigious examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment to various All India Services including I.A.S., I.P.S., I.F.S.,I.R.S., and various Group A Services and Group B Services.

Normally applications are invited by UPSC notifications in leading News Papers during December every year.

The Civil Services Examination consists of three stages :

1. Civil Services Preliminary Examination ( Objective Type) (Usually conducted in May)
2. Civil Services Main Examination (Written) (Conducted during October/November)
3. Interview and final Selection (During April/May)

For this you have to prepare right now.Here I have also mentioned about the age limit and number of attempts of the examination.

offcourse dear, you are eligible for upse exam to join IAF
its minimum criteria is candidates must be passed or in final years in graduation with any subject with areconiged university.
and your age should be 21-30 years

Yes, you are eligible to appear in UPSC exam for IFS..
As you are in final year of your B.tech course..

Eligibility for IFS:-

1.One must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university.

Age eligibility:-

1.The age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

So, go for the exam..

union public service commission conducts the exam for IES
for which the eligibility criteria is;

qualification
- a candidate should be engineering graduate from any
recognized university in the following stream
-Electrical Engineering
-Electronics & Communications Engineering
-Civil Engineering
-Mechanical Engineering

-or equivalent degree from recognized universities.

-M.Sc. degree or equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject is also acceptable for certain posts

-a candidate as an appearing can also apply for the exam

age limit
-a candidate's age should be between 21-30 for general
-for OBC upper age limit is 33 years
-for SC/ST candidate upper age limit is 35 years

number of attempts
-for general-4 attempts
-for OBC- 7 attempts
-for SC/ST- no limits

Dear friend,

Yes, You are eligible for IFS exam but after completion of graduation.

IFS exam is conducted by UPSC. There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.

Those candidate have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for IFS exam.

But your age should be in between 21-30years for general candidate.
In IFS exam their is provide age relaxation for OBC candiadte is 3years and for SC/ST candiadte is 5 years.

The maximum attempts for Sc/ST candiadte is Unlimited. For OBC candiadte it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.

Also you must be citizen of India.
