Diploma in CSE are not eligible for IAS exam. This exam is conducted by UPSC in one time in year. Those candidate are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for IAS exam. But your age should be in between 22 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule. The maximum attempts for SC/ST candiadte is Unlimited. For OBC candiadte it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years. Also you must be in citizen in India. For more details you can visit to www.upsc.gov.in All the best. |

As you have completed you diploma you can not write it . UPSC is Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Examination for recruitment to the Services and Posts mentioned below will be held by the Union Public Service Commission. If you are interested in doing it then you need to do your degree before you apply for it . Age limit for the exam is 30 so do you degree soon in order to make you ambition true All the best |

UPSC-CSE Union Public Service Commission's-Civil Service Exam is conducted for Indian youth to place them in the prestigious positions in the Government sector jobs. like IAS/IPS IFS etc., this exam is conducted once in a year. The eligibility to write this examination is a degree from a recognized Indian University. you should minimum have 21 years of age. then only you will be eligible for writing this examination. as you are just a diploma holder after completing diploma you are not eligible for the exam untill you complete a degree. it may be of any degree. Don't waste much time and remember the max age limit is 30 years. you will have only 4 attempts in the case of general candidate. Fur further clarification you can go through the official website.
