hi dear,
If you are planning to get into the job directly with your +2 certificate, You will get paid only to that eNTRY STANDARD. There is no High pay or Low pay. Only people with High Standards get placed in Defence and there is fixed pay schedule by pay commission.

But there is another option. Joining the NDA(National Defence Academy) and continue with your higher studies in any good stream you are eligible and talented to.

This will land you into officer cadre Which owes good remunerance.

Again, You need to prove your talent to get into NDA.

thanks

Re: How to get a high paying job in Defence?

You can have a career in defense. You have to pass NDA exam, interview and medical test. But if you complete your graduation you can appear for Combined Defense service exam, interview and medical test. Defense forces demand the candidates who have good eyesight. The pay depends on your qualification and the promotion. In army the candidates are initially given the designation of Lieutenant. In air force candidates are initially appointed as aircraftsman and in Navy candidates are initially appointed as seaman.

Re: How to get a high paying job in Defence?

Hello Friend
there are not any jobs after +2 ,for getting high paying jobs you will have to complete at least graduation with aggregate 605 marks every where..

In defense there are lots of posts of high paying such as colonel, major or lieutenant ...

Better for you to go for the NDA exam you will surely get the highly paid job after several years of experience.......

Best Wishes........

Dear friend,
1. If you want to enter in to Defense with a good salary then your qualification should also be more like minimum a degree. So first complete your degree and then write CDS which will be more beneficial for you.

2. If you want to enter now it self then prepare for NDA exam.

3. There are still more jobs waiting for 12th completed candidates which you can know by opening this freshers world web site http://www.freshersworld.com/. There click on Defense careers option and then click on Defense Jobs. There all ways you can find any up dated information regarding jobs in defense.
But my best suggestion is go for any degree course like engineering or any other then write CDS exam and then enter in to defense field. Any way all the best and choose a right step for your future.

Re: How to get a high paying job in Defence?

Hello friend,

The salary of an indivudual in defence service depends upon the qualification.
But to join defence service after +2, you will need to write National Defence Academy (NDA) Exam/Naval Academy Exam conducted by UPSC.
After the exam, you will get admission in the Academy and will pursue bachelor's programme for three years along with proper training.
After successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded with degree and rank depending upon your performance and qualification.
Higher the rank, better will be the salary.
